Where is Pringle Bay?

Pringle Bay is on the R44, Clarence Drive, from Gordons Bay, via Rooiels on the way to Bettys Bay, Kleinmond and Hermanus. It falls in the Overberg Region under the Overstrand Municipality, and forms part of the Kogelberg Biosphere Reserve.

Pringle Bay is situated in the shadows of the ever so well known Hangklip Mountain (hanging rock), with the Hangklip Hotel.

What makes Pringle Bay so special?

Well to start, Southern Right Whales visit us from late winter to spring. We have beautiful sandy beaches were you might even you spot the Cape Clawless Otter, or even a pair of Oystercatchers (also known as Tobys).

What to do if you cannot go crayfishing for the West Coast rock lobster, dive, or enjoy a nice day on the beach?
