Martie Kotze Properties

Situated in the Overberg Region of the Western Cape, Pringle Bay has been Martie's home and place of work since 1984.

She started Martie Kotze Properties in 1994, and to this day has been running her own one woman show with great success.

Martie has witnessed the areas growth throughout the years, starting off with only 100 houses and where having dinner by candlelight was a necessity, not a fantasy.
